Harvest: manual harvesting and grape selection.
Vineyard: in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature fermentation. The duration of maceration on the skins is 20 – 28 days.
Vinification: in stainless steel tanks with temperature-controlled fermentation.
The duration of maceration on the skins is 15 days. The malolactic fermentation is in tonneaux.
Aging: long aging in large french oak barrels and subsequently refined in the bottle.
Colour: deep ruby red.
Bouquet: intense and complex bouquet of violet, blackberry and red ripe fruits; spicy and elegant, balsamic hint on the finish.
Taste: elegant and austere with structured and silky tannins. Long finish with pleasant return of sweet spices and eucalyptus.
Size: 750 ml. e 1500 ml.
Dianella Chianti Riserva is made with grapes from our own oldest and historical vineyards, aged in large barrels. It is a kind of noble wine, soft and well balanced but with great structure. It has a strong taste capable of enhancing the most difficult palates. Refined and elegant it goes perfectly with the dishes of the highest tradition of tuscan and italian cuisine as well as new proposals of the fusion cuisine. Excellent with florentine Bistecca.
