Tiramisu is an Italian dessert invented as present for the duke of Florence passing through Siena. Literally translated Tiramisu means “pick me up” or “carry me up”

INGREDIENTS

– Coffee
– Savoiardi or Pavesini biscuits
– Mascarpone cream 500 gr
– 5 Eggs
– Chocolate
– Powder Chocolate
– Sugar 120 gr

Prepare about 1 cup of coffee. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Put the bowl you will use for the white eggs in the freezer, and whip the whites with 60 grams of sugar. Blend the yolks with 60 gr of sugar and whip them to create a cream. Add in mascarpone cheese and blend into smooth mixture. Let the coffee go over the biscuits that will lay on the base of tin. Spread 1 layer of mixture over the biscuits. Make different stages with biscuits, mascarpone cream, chocolate again biscuits with coffee.
