The old tuff cellar, found under Dianella’s villa, has been expertly restored. It has become a place where the reality of production and the one of learning are constantly meshing. The guided tour of the cellar goes through the processing areas, the cellar with the oak barriques, the underground cellar, in the ageing area and ends in the current winemaking cellar.

Through the tour you will see many machines that are not used anymore, showcasing the old bottling, filtering and labelling system.

Every exposed tool has its own story to tell through your guide.

At the end of the tour the guests are welcome to a wine tasting in the room next to the wine shop or in the restaurant. The tasting will be paired with some typical Tuscan produce.
